Welcome to the GTWG Online

Note: This site is under construction and having some technical difficulties due to Hurricane Ike.  Only some links are available.  We are working to make the site fully operational.  Please be Patient.

ABOUT US...Golden Triangle Writers Guild, a non-profit educational and support organization since 1983, promotes a conducive atmosphere for anyone who enjoys the art and craft of writing.  We believe that every aspiring author should have the opportunity to realize their dream.

OUR MISSION...The Golden Triangle Writers Guild strives to be the central source of fellowship,  knowledge, and inspiration for Southeast Texas area writers.  We also welcome writers from all over the world to be a part of our guild. You can register at our next meeting or print out our registration form and mail it to us.

Join us at our next meeting, every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p. m. at Barnes & Noble located  at 4155 Dowlen Road, Beaumont, TX 77706

Need directions?

Join the Golden Triangle Writers Guild and help us bring writers together to learn more about our craft.  Here are some of the benefits of joining the Golden Triangle Writers Guild...
Study and learn the craft from writing professionals.
Have access to current market information.
Network with other writers for information and support.
Provide avenues for book and self-promotion.
Have access to other writers for critiques.

If you're a writer, join us. If you're a reader, support us. We'll all be richer for the experience.

Goals at the Professional Writers Center are:

To help each student bring his/her writing goals/dreams into focus.
To provide specific, high-quality writing instruction.
To educate each student in the realities of writing and publishing.
To be a place that one returns to over and over again, offering classes that, no matter how many times taught or taken, will never be the same.

Visit National Endowment for the Arts Writers Corner!
The NEA mission is "to enrich our Nation and its diverse cultural heritage by supporting works of artistic excellence, advancing learning in the arts, and strengthening the arts in communities throughout the country." Its slogan is "Because a great country deserves great art."

Help Bridge City Schools recover from Hurricane Ike.  Donate children's books for their school libraries.  We will be taking books at each meeting through December.  For more information contact Angela Luke at 409-460-1612 or angelaluke@sbcglobal.net
